Every 5 minutes, the system pulls all the new orders from BigCommerce. Corresponding accounts, contacts & order line items (including products) are retrieved. Accounts, contacts, opportunities (for SFDC) and sales orders are updated in your target CRM & ERP apps. Order line items are added with product details. Any changes to individual products in BigCommerce are also updated in target app. Incomplete orders (Abandoned carts) appear as Quotes/Open Opportunities in CRM. Abandoned cart live URLs are inserted under contacts in email marketing platforms for automated capture of lost sales.
